I have been coaching speakers for a couple of decades in political, corporate, NGO, and faith-based contexts. Each context requires expertise to understand your goals, audience, and purpose.

Recently, much of my work has focused on TEDx speakers and C-Suite keynotes. I served as the license holder and faculty advisor for TEDxCU from 2015-2023. Additionally, I ran the speaker process and trained student coaches. Speakers I've coached will tell you the same thing: having someone who has a proven record of success, the heart of a teacher, and allows you to be you is the difference between good and great.

The fourth most popular TED Talk of 2021. Over 4 million views. Featured on TED.com. I worked with Yuko for her 2019 TEDxCU talk. She has 3.3 million views and nearly one million more views on her originally titled talk, "Why Most Parenting Advice is Wrong" That's 4.3 million views!

I worked with Jota in 2020 for his TEDxCU talk. His talk was one of 100 talks TED featured in 2021.

Over 2 million views. I worked with Brent in 2019 for his TEDxCU talk that now has more than 2.1 million views. He was a sophomore in college when he gave this talk.
